First day of Ramadan for my wellness partner Modu Seye, and the beginning of his 30 day fast; no food or water from dawn to dusk, in the seasonal 30 to 40C hot and humid weather we experience here in Cabo. All this while continuing to exercise and train people daily. How do you get to "stick to" big changes like this? Starting with the small daily changes you commit to and maintain.
It takes real mental thoughness to be up to this type of challenge. I thought of supporting Modu this year by creating the "M Challenge". You participate by giving up at least 1 thing for 30 days!! Something that you have always wanted to give up...or change...something that will help improve your health/life. Modu and I have a passion for helping people make the changes necessary to get them to their best and healthiest life. We also know that people have a greater chance to acheive their goals when they are supported by a coach, a team or a group.
So this is your chance to be part of an exciting group experience, and it's totally free! Actually, the only investment is your own commitment. You don't have to give up everything! You can still enjoy your summer, while making a small change that will have a big impact on your life. The main thing is to commit to give up at least one thing.
