My clients...the people I coach, are one of my greatest sources of inspiration! A group of "rock stars" I like to brag about on a regular basis.

Meet Edmundo Gallardo.  In only 3 short months, Edmundo lost 33 lbs on the scale; 6 liters of water and 16 lbs of pure body fat! The secret to his success? Impeccable with his new way of eating, which he finds both pleasurable and easy to follow!

What motivated him? Edmundo wanted to be healthy and fit...first for himself, and for his family: "I have a family to look after...I wanted to be at my best with them...and for them".Edmundo's excitement with his new lifestyle is so contagious, his brother has embraced the same way of eating, and with the same commitment and discipline, he to is and on his way to great results.

After seeing his nephew Oscar enjoying bootcamp, Edmundo just joined the San Jose Moduvated boot camp 3 weeks ago, and he is ready to get to the next level!: "Thought to myself, I have to drive Oscar to bootcamp 3 times a week...might as well join him". 

Edmundo is now "bootcamp hooked".  He shared something very interesting earlier today: "When my bootcamp trainer Modu told me he pushes people in order to help them progress and stretch to their "personal best", I replied that for me...it's a confirmation that, if I can succeed at doing things like losing all this weight...doing intense work outs in the sand, I can do anything I set my mind to in life!".

CONGRATULATIONS Edmundo!  You are a true inspiration...a "wellness leader without title" to many!
